The new year started with a bang with a bunch of friends watching fireworks at KLCC.
This year I registered for the MyWEIGHT MyHEALTH programme sponsored by the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society.
They have sent me information booklets which consists of a daily food and activity diary as well as a "MyWeight MyHEALTH success record booklet. The good thing about the programme is that the people from MyWeight MyHealth will call up every once in a while to check on the progress.
